All of our wedding stationery orders are handmade.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Samples will be made and dispatched within 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Wedding stationery orders are usually made and dispatched within 3-5 weeks.

Do you have a privacy policy?

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns or exchanges as we will always send a final sample for you to check and approve before printing.

Do I need to register with you?

Not at all, but if you do then the next time you shop with us will be much quicker, simply login and shop.

How do I register?

Simply click on register account, then enter your email address and password, then confirm. Click register, where you go to a login page and add your name, address and email. This saves you entering all your information everytime you make a purchase.

What is your postage and packing charge?

Our maximum postage charge is £6.90 for UK delivery.

Will my details be passed on to third parties?

Never!

Which payment providers do you use?

We currently use paypal, personal cheque and bank transfer.

Do I have to have a papal account?

Not at all, paypal accept payments as a guest.

Can my item be personalised?

Yes all of our items can be personalised using the message box.
